Résumé : Cet article analyse les modalités imaginaires de la réinvention du local chez deux écrivaines dont les trajectoires biographiques sont marquées par des formes distinctes de déterritorialisation. L’étude repose sur l’hypothèse que les imaginaires littéraires de la globalisation ne traduisent pas un mouvement d’homogénéisation culturelle, mais au contraire une dynamique complexe de reconstruction identitaire. Cette dynamique articule, d’une part, le drame intime lié à l’expérience du déplacement et, d’autre part, les conditions sociohistoriques propres au pays d’accueil. Les oeuvres étudiées donnent ainsi à voir des configurations singulières du « local » qui, tout en se nourrissant d’un horizon globalisé, réinscrivent la subjectivité dans des appartenances particularistes – communautaires, panafricaines ou nationales – dont l’écriture devient le lieu d’élaboration et de négociation.

Abstract : This article analyzes the imaginary modalities of the reinvention of the local in the works of two female writers whose biographical trajectories are marked by distinct forms of deterritorialization. The study is based on the hypothesis that literary imaginaries of globalization do not reflect a movement of cultural homogenization, but rather a complex dynamic of identity reconstruction. This dynamic articulates, on the one hand, the personal drama linked to the experience of displacement and, on the other hand, the socio-historical conditions specific to the host country. The works studied thus reveal singular configurations of the « local » which, while drawing on a globalized horizon, re-inscribe subjectivity within particularist affiliations—communal, pan-African, or national—of which writing becomes the site of elaboration and negotiation.
